END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

RedKings does not accept real money players from Cyprus, France, Israel, Republic of China, USA, Spain, India, Italy, Bahama, Belgium, Romania, Portugal, Ireland, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Denmark, Australia and Lithuania.

NOTICE TO USER. By accepting the RedKings Terms and Conditions you also accept to receive newsletters and mailers from RedKings and all its other products. To unsubscribe from these newsletters and mailers, just click the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or send an email to [email protected]. This is a legal contract between you ("You" or "User") and [RedKings.com]. ("Licensor") concerning the software client ("Client Software") and the server software ("Server Software"), collectively the "Software". By downloading the Client Software through clicking on the "I agree button", or by exercising any of your rights hereunder, You are consenting to be bound by all terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If You do not agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, You may not proceed to download the Client Software.

RedKings.com is operated by RK Operation Ltd and powered by Microgaming. All transactions will be billed by RedKings. This website is owned and operated by RedKings and powered by Microgaming. Payment services are provided by Skill On Net Malta Ltd. Credit card transactions on your bank statement will be shown as www.RedKings.com.

RedKings is powered by Microgaming. The poker software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All rights, including ownership rights and all intellectual property rights, in and to the poker software and related documentation and trademarks shall remain in Microgaming and/or its licensors and suppliers. Without prejudice to other clauses of this Agreement, your right to use the poker software will terminate automatically and immediately if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, You must immediately stop using the poker software and you must delete all copies of the poker software. If the poker software is provided to you under a limited "trial period" or similar, your right to use the poker software will automatically terminate upon expiry of the applicable trial period and you must then immediately stop using the poker software and delete all copies of the poker software. You expressly acknowledge that the poker software may include functionality that will enable its licensor to disable your use of the poker software in case of your breach of this Agreement and/or that will automatically disable your use of the poker software upon expiry of any trial period.

Microgaming grants to Player a non-exclusive license, without right to sub-license, to use the Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement. RedKings.com and Microgaming may modify this Agreement at any time without notice and Player shall periodically review this Agreement and any other terms and conditions posted at this Web site at a rate not less than once monthly. Player shall not participate in the Games, open, use or reuse the Software, enter the Web site, or the cardroom, nor accept any prize if Player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and abide by, without exception, all rules, regulations and terms and conditions contained herein, which may change from time-to-time. The term of this Agreement will be automatically extended for three years from the date you receive any RedKings.com Software upgrades or subsequent RedKings.com Software versions. LICENSE GRANT. Licensor hereby grants to You a non-exclusive, personal and non-transferable license to use the Client Software and any enhancements, improvements, updates or bug fixes thereto provided to You by Licensor or an authorized distributor of Licensor in machine executable object code form on the terms set forth below and to access the Server Software only through operation of the Client Software.

You may use the Client Software on any single server computer and make one (1) copy of the Client Software for back-up and archival purposes, provided that any copy must contain all of the original software's proprietary notices. Commercial use of the Client Software is strictly forbidden. You are only allowed to wager for Your personal entertainment. You acknowledge and agree that Your use of the Software is in a strictly personal (and not professional) capacity. Prior to any participation at RedKings.com you are solely responsible to inform yourself of any and all laws and regulations on gambling which apply in the jurisdiction where the Software is used in order to determine any restrictions that may apply to You and to act in accordance with such restrictions. You agree and acknowledge you have reached the age of 18 or any higher legal age which may apply in Your jurisdiction under any laws and regulations on gambling.

You may not modify, alter, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable statutory laws specifically prohibit such restriction) or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, or create derivative works based on the Software, copy the Software (except as specified above), sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights thereto, or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software, or use the Software in any multi-user, network, or multiple computer environment or in any time-sharing or computer service business, or permit or enable any third parties to use the Software or do any of the foregoing acts.

Additional Points:

  1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nick name/user name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your nick name/user name and password. You are fully responsible for any unauthorized use of your registered email address that may result in another person getting access to your nickname/user name and/or password. Without limitation of the foregoing, you are responsible for keeping your anti-virus and firewall software updated and for taking other appropriate steps in order to maintain the confidentiality of your nick name/user name and password.
  2. Regarding additional password and account security, you agree to:
    1. Immediately notify RedKings.com of any unauthorized use of your nick name/user name and password or any other breach of security, and
    2. Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You are liable and responsible for any unauthorized use of the RedKings.com, even if you use the auto login feature provided by RedKings.com, up and until you notify RedKings.com's Customer support by telephone regarding that unauthorized use and confirms the notification from your registered email address. You indemnify the RedKings.com against all activities conducted through your account.
  3. You may cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to the RedKings.com and providing:
    1. Our customer service department with a notice of your intent to cancel the membership along with your nick name/user name; and
    2. Any outstanding fees owed for your membership.
  4. Without limiting other remedies, the RedKings.com may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, and/or terminate your access and use of the RedKings.com, withhold your account balance, temporarily or indefinitely suspend your account, and recover any cash-outs, bonuses and winnings, and terminate this Agreement, with or without advance notice, if:
    1. RedKings.com believes that you have breached any term of these Terms of Service or any policies, guidelines or rules it incorporates by reference;
    2. You fail to pay any amount due by the payment due date;
    3. We are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to RedKings.com;
    4. We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or RedKings.com.
    5. RedKings.com decides to cease operations or to otherwise discontinue any of the RedKings.com or parts thereof.
    6. If RedKings.com terminates your account for any cause attributable to you, your account balance is non-refundable and deemed forfeit.
    7. You agree that neither RedKings.com nor any third party acting on our behalf shall be liable to you for any termination of your membership or access to the RedKings.com. You agree that if your account is terminated by RedKings.com, you will not attempt to re-register as a member without prior written consent from RedKings.com.
    8. If RedKings.com decides to cease operations or to otherwise discontinue any of the RedKings.com or parts thereof, RedKings.com may terminate this Agreement and disburse any remaining account balance, less any costs or charges attributable to your account.
    9. Membership is void where prohibited.
  5. Security Check. In order to maintain a high level of security and integrity, RedKings.com reserves the right to conduct a security check at any time to validate your identity, age and Registration Data. To facilitate our security checks you shall provide such information or documentation as requested by the RedKings.com. Failure to provide satisfactory response to the RedKings.com within the timeframe specified by the RedKings.com, will be considered a material breach of these Terms of Service.
  6. Taxes, Duties & Fees. All taxes, duties and fees applicable in connection with any money or prizes awarded to the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.
  7. Your account is not a banking facility. Deposits should only be made with a view to using funds to play poker, place bets or wager in casino. Should You make repeated deposits and withdrawals without playing poker, placing a commensurate amount of bets, or placing all low or very low risk bets, we reserve the right to pass on to your accounts, without prior notice, any bank charges (15% of the amount) we have incurred before closing the account.
    1. Any payments of funds made to you from Us are subject to a surcharge to cover costs such as in the case of Wire Transfers and withdrawals via Online Wallets, which We will deduct from your balance before processing the withdrawal. The surcharges, which are subject to change, are as follows:
      • Wire Transfer - €10.00* (over €500 no charge)
      • Credit cards – No charge
      • Online Wallets – No charge
      *Minimum Wire Transfer transaction is €50
  8. Fraud, software bugs & cheating

  9. Any form of fraudulent activity on the RedKings.com, as determined at RedKings.com's sole discretion, is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent activity may include, but is not limited to, stolen credit cards, transfer of funds to other player accounts (chip dumping), forgery, collusion, and the provision of false Registration Data or other requested information.
    1. In addition to any other remedies provided under these Terms of Service, the RedKings.com may pursue claims for criminal prosecution and/or civil damages for any fraudulent activities.
    2. Player agrees not to attempt to exploit any error, virus, bug, defect or inconsistency ("Bug") found in the Software, to their advantage, or to the disadvantage of other players, at any time. Furthermore, Player agrees to report any such Bug to customer service immediately upon discovery of same.
    3. Any form of cheating on the RedKings.com, as determined at RedKings.com's sole discretion, is strictly prohibited. Cheating includes any form of manipulation of the outcome of the hand or game, so that the odds of winning are changed to favor the Player. In particular, and without limitation, cheating includes any form of "collusion" as that term is commonly understood in the industry. In addition to any other remedies provided under these Terms of Service, the RedKings.com may pursue claims for criminal prosecution and/or civil damages any form of cheating.
    4. The use of any software program which facilitates artificial intelligence, such as poker bots, is strictly prohibited. Prohibited software may include software which allows opponent profiling, player collusion or any other program which the RedKings.com considers allows the Player to cheat or gives the Player an unjust advantage over another player. RedKings.com may take action or procure that action is taken in order to detect and prevent the use by the Player of such software, including, but not limited to, reading the list of currently running programs on the Player's computer. For further information, see the and the Privacy Policy.
    5. RedKings.com reserves the right to return funds to its rightful owner, if determined that funds won by the Player were from an account that itself had obtained these funds fraudulently, or was being used without the account owner's permission.
    6. RedKings.com is committed to fair play and to combating fraudulent activity, and has zero tolerance towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. Any Player involved in any form of suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  10. Collusion

  11. Collusion is behaviour between players in which they act as a team, with or without prior agreement, to the actual or theoretical detriment of other players in the game. Collusion is strictly prohibited.
    1. Players must always play in their own individual best interests.
    2. Players must not work together with another player to gain an advantage.
    3. Players must not ‘soft play’ against friends. Players must play just as aggressively against somebody they know as they would against an unknown opponent (assuming both are utilising the same strategy).
    4. Players must not ‘chip dump’ – i.e. they must not intentionally lose hands or manipulate the gameplay in order to transfer funds to any other player;
    5. Players must not share hole card information, or any other card(s) which would not normally be known by all players, with any other player;
    6. Players must not play in the same cash game or Sit ‘n’ Go tournament as any player in which they have a financial interest - i.e. they should not play in the same games as anyone with whom they have a staking, swap, profit sharing or bankroll sharing agreement;
    7. Players must not encourage any other player to collude;

    These rules apply whether or not there is any explicit agreement between the players, and whether or not any actual demonstrable harm has been caused to others.
  12. Datamining

  13. Datamining is a practice whereby a user gathers data on hands played or opponents playing styles, without actually playing in those hands or against those opponents. It is prohibited and any data gathered by a player must come from their own playing experience at the tables.
    1. The practice of datamining, for any purpose including personal or commercial use, is prohibited.
    2. The use of any data which has been obtained by datamining, whether the data was obtained by the player themselves or by anyone else, is prohibited.
    3. Sharing any data with other players, even if legitimately obtained, is prohibited.
    4. The use of screen-scraping or any other technique to gather data that is not provided in Microgaming hand histories is prohibited.

  14. One Account per player

  15. Each player is allowed to have only one account with each poker room. Utilising multiple accounts, perhaps to gain an unfair advantage, is a form of ‘Multiple Account Abuse’.
    1. Only 1 real money account is allowed per household! No person will be allowed to maintain more than one account. The RedKings.com reserves the right to request a photocopy of a government-issued ID or its equivalent, in order to verify the Player's identification. If a Player opens more than one account, the RedKings.com reserves the right to block play for all the Player's accounts except one remaining account.
    2. It is the responsibility of the Player to cash-out any remaining funds before the Player blocks any account(s). Any play money credits, player points, tournament tickets, promotional bonuses or coupons within the blocked accounts are non-transferable and in such an instance shall be deemed null and void.
    3. RedKings.com reserves the right to close any other real money accounts that are traced to the same address or computer. In such a situation, any remaining monies may be cashed out by the Player. If promotional bonuses have been deposited into a duplicate account by RedKings.com, RedKings.com reserve the right to remove all bonuses paid into all linked accounts. If an amount of money paid into either of the accounts by the RedKings.com is outstanding, RedKings.com reserve the right to demand that the Player deposits a sum into his/her account equal to the debt owed. This amount shall be removed by RedKings.com in order to settle any outstanding debt.
    4. Player is only allowed to fund 2 real money accounts on behalf of other players. If Player funds more than three accounts in total, i.e. their own and 2 other players', RedKings.com reserves the right to block play for all the accounts except one remaining account. RedKings.com reserves the right to withhold account balances on the blocked account(s) indefinitely and to confiscate any and all funds. Any play money credits, player points, tournament tickets, promotional bonuses or coupons within the blocked accounts are non-transferable and in such an instance shall be deemed null and void.
    5. 11.5 Poker Network Account usage rules (Microgaming)
      1. Players must not open more than one account with a poker room.
      2. Players must not log into the poker network with more than one account at the same time, even if the accounts are with different poker rooms.
      3. Players must not attempt to bypass any of the restrictions which prevent the creation and / use of multiple accounts.
      4. Players must keep their credentials (alias, password, and any other information used to access the player’s account) secret and not reveal them to any other person
      5. Players must not allow any other person to use their account under any circumstances;
      6. A player must not use any account other than their own.
  16. Own Best Interests (‘Gold Farming’, ‘Push This Button Bots’)

  17. Gold Farming’ is an arrangement in which a person plays poker on the behalf of an employer, perhaps being funded by the employer or playing according to a strategy provided by the employer. Gold Farms are essentially sweatshops consisting of ‘push this button bots’, and are prohibited for similar reasons as bot software and artificial intelligence.
    1. All players must play on their own behalf and in their own best interests;
    2. Playing on behalf of an employer, sweat shop, ‘gold farm’ or any form of team or co-operative is prohibited.
    3. While this rule is not intended to prevent legitimate staking arrangements, all players must have a genuine financial interest in their own gameplay.
  18. Angleshooting and Other Unethical Behaviour

  19. Angleshooting’ is the term used to describe activities that are designed to give a player an unfair advantage, but which may be allowed under a strict interpretation of the rules or due to a loophole or unintended software characteristics. This rule is intended to cover unethical play which is not specifically prohibited but which would be considered unethical and unfair by the vast majority of the poker playing community.
    1. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players is prohibited;
    2. Behaviour which is intended to disrupt the game is prohibited;
    3. Examples of prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to ‘grimming’, ‘buttoning’, blocking seats or tables, intentionally stalling, taking advantage of a disconnected opponent, following an opponent from table to table, abusing a player using the chat facility, etc.
    4. RedKings retains the sole right to determine what constitutes an ‘unfair advantage’ or ‘disruptive’.

Poker Bonus Policy:

First Time Deposit Bonus terms and conditions:

Available for First Time deposits Only.

Minimum deposit is €10, Maximum Bonus €1500

Only one Poker First Deposit bonus offer (Welcome Bonus) is allowed per person, per household, per IP address and per computer.

You can only receive one of the seven Welcome bonuses offered. You need to login once in the Poker Client prior doing your first deposit.

To get a Welcome bonus you need to make your first deposit using the chosen bonus code.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to manually insert the bonus code of their choice on the Bonus code field of the deposit page, before submitting the first deposit.

The bonus is only cleared in real-money poker cash games and tournaments.

Playing casino games in the poker software does not count towards clearing the bonus.

You need to rake 5 times the amount of the bonus before is released to your account.

The bonus is released in 10 steps for a set amount of Loyalty Points per each step.

You earn Loyalty Points at the rate of 10 loyalty points for every 1 $ paid in rake.

You can check the expiring date, the progress and how many Loyalty Points you need to earn in order to release each step of your Welcome Bonus, in the Poker client under 'My Account' > 'My Bonuses'>"View My Bonus Details"

If the full amount of Loyalty Points required for each step are not completed and the bonus expires, you cannot claim and receive cash for the equivalent of Loyalty Points gained towards to the expired bonus.

Redkings reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion without prior notice.

In addition to these rules, all of the normal network rules and RedKings Terms and Conditions also apply.

Reload Bonuses terms and conditions:

A reload poker bonus is any type of poker bonus which is not a first time deposit bonus including but not limited to: Loyalty Poker bonus, Bad Beat bonus, Pocket Redkings bonus

You need to rake 10 times the amount of the reload bonus before is released to your account.

The reload bonus is released in 10 steps for a set amount of Loyalty Points per each step.

You earn Loyalty Points at the rate of 10 loyalty points for every 1 $ paid in rake.

The reload bonuses are valid for 60 days.

You can check the expiring date, the progress and how many Loyalty Points you need to earn in order to release each step of your Reload Bonus, in the Poker client under 'My Account' > 'My Bonuses'>"View My Bonus Details"

Prohibited Program Policy

Background and purpose

We recognize that people want to become better poker players so they can improve their performance at our tables. There are a number of techniques that can be used to achieve this goal. In our opinion, not all of the existent tools are consistent with "fair play". The purpose of this policy is to separate acceptable techniques of performance improvement from techniques that are prohibited at RedKings.com.

First of all, we would like to emphasize that education and experience are the strongest ways to develop a more successful game. We encourage this, and recommend worthwhile books for players interested in improving.

We also recognize that numerous software tools are available which promise to help players improve their game performance. After consultation with many of our players, including professional poker players and top poker industry experts, we have decided to clearly separate these programs into two categories:

  1. software tools that provide a fair advantage to a player and are allowed;
  2. and
  3. software tools that provide an unfair advantage to a player and are prohibited.

We both warn and promise players that we have a strict policy towards the use of prohibited programs. We have a zero-tolerance policy in effect against "poker bot" usage, collusion and other forms of cheating.

We want to keep our games fair for everyone and will take necessary measures to ensure this. For this reason, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time and at our own discretion.

Software is prohibited if it:

a. Relies upon any form of artificial intelligence;

b. Reduces or eliminates the need for a human to make decisions (for example, ‘bot software’ or tools that automatically fold specific starting hands);

c. Shares hole (private or hidden) cards among players or assists collusion or cheating in any way;

d. Utilises a database of hands or player profiles which is shared between users;

e. Is designed to datamine (i.e. gather hands or player profiles from the game client beyond which the player has observed from their own play) – see section ‘Datamining’;

f. Provides advice on the action to take during gameplay, including Independent Chip Model (ICM) and Game Theory Optimal (GTO) analysis tools; g. In Microgaming’s sole opinion, confers an unfair advantage on the player using it;

h. Attempts to block any of Microgaming’s fraud and cheating detection mechanisms;

Poker Bots

We believe that players who use automated "poker bot" programs to make decisions or take actions on their behalf in games are cheating. All players must be comfortable and secure that they are technologically equal in our card room. To ensure this, we have banned the use of these programs.

To be clear, players are prohibited from operating these programs or allowing these programs to operate while logged into their accounts. This prohibition includes all games, including tournaments and ring games, for all currencies, including real money and play money.

Only humans are permitted to play on our site. Artificially-intelligent programs, processes, applications and all other forms of software and hardware - including "Poker Bots" or "Auto Folders" - are prohibited from making game decisions or taking game action on our site, either under their own auspices or under the supervision of a human.

Fair and unfair advantage

Through analysis of hand histories, players can learn about patterns, strengths and weaknesses in their game play (and that of their opponents), and determine areas for improvement. We provide comprehensive hand history statistics in our software, but recognize some players want more specific details than that.

Programs that aggregate hand histories to profile a player's own play and/or the play of opponent players at the same poker table are allowed.

Software that is permitted. For example:

a. Tools intended solely for analysing a player’s own game, after gameplay has ended (‘Post Game Analysis Software’);

b. Tools intended for a player to be able to track their own playing habits or results (‘Tracking Software’);

c. Tools which overlay legitimately-gathered statistical information on the table (‘Heads Up Displays’ or ‘HUDs’).


Note that even if software is Post Game Analysis Software, Tracking Software, or a Heads Up Display, it is still prohibited if it contains any functionality which is prohibited under rule

PokerTracker and Texas Calculatem, for example, are programs that provide detailed statistical analysis of hand histories for beneficial review. As well as personal game play analysis, these programs also compile and profile a player's opponents' play. This is similar to how a meticulous player might use our "Player Notes" feature after every hand to compile their own profiles on opponents. As such, these programs are allowed.

Conversely, programs that use statistics not collected by the player himself/herself through ordinary, fair game play, are not allowed. Programs that share data are not allowed. Further, we do not allow players to collude, share hole card information or team up against other players. We also prohibit the use of any software program that facilitates the sharing of this information or player profiles.

PokerEdge and CardAnalyzer, for example, are programs that compile player profiles in a database and then sell subscription access to their systems. These programs allow players to access profile information on players they have never played against, and we believe this provides an unfair advantage. As such, these programs are prohibited.

We currently have sophisticated processes in place to detect and prevent the use of prohibited programs. This technology is an extension of our anti-collusion security systems, and is deeply integrated with multiple tiers of our client and server architecture.

It is in our collective interest to ensure the safety and integrity of the game and this is part of the security we offer all our players.

We reserve the right to close accounts, seize funds and ban players from playing at RedKings.com for using prohibited programs or cheating.

Heads-up Seating Policy

Background and purpose

Taking feedback from our players into consideration, about players occupying many tables alone, we have decided to introduce a policy limiting the number of heads-up cash game tables a player can be sitting at while waiting for an opponent. This policy is intended to maintain the fair play conduct expected of all players affiliated with the Operator and Microgaming Network.

A player is not allowed to sit and wait for an opponent at more than one heads-up table of the same game type, limit type and stake, and maximum four tables in total. For example, you may sit and wait for opponents at a €1/2 NL Hold Em table, a €1/2 FL Hold Em table, a €0.5/1 PL Omaha and €1/2 PL Omaha table, since you are not waiting for an opponent on two or more tables of the same game type, limit type and stake.

Please note that this is not a restriction on the number of tables you are allowed to play simultaneously, only on how many tables you are allowed to have open while you are waiting for an opponent, e.g. you can be playing at six €1/2 NL Hold Em heads-up tables and wait for an opponent on a seventh.

Supervision and sanctions

The seating policy is monitored by Microgaming Network and the Operator. The Operator and Microgaming Network reserve the right to temporarily block and close accounts, and ban players from playing at the Operator for violating the Heads-up Seating Policy.

Map - Multi account policy

Microgaming Network allows players to register accounts with multiple Network Operators, but has the policy that an individual may only register and play for any single tournament from one of these accounts.

Any player who plays in a tournament from multiple player accounts will be in violation of this Multi Account Policy (MAP) and suffer the following consequences:

  • They will be disqualified from a tournament in-progress if the violation is detected in real-time.
  • All money in all their player accounts with Microgaming Network operators will be confiscated, and the accounts closed.
  • They will be permanently banned from playing on Microgaming Network.

When these banned players are caught, their money will be confiscated and their account closed.

At Microgaming Network's discretion, tournament pay-outs (the distribution of tournament prize monies to winners) can be held for up to 14 days if an investigation is required (though we will try to conclude all investigations within 72 hours). Investigations are predicated on automatic processes and manual checks conducted by separate support and security teams both during and after tournaments.

Where an investigation determines there is or has been a violation of the MAP, all accounts suspected of being involved may be frozen for the duration of the investigation. This means that players will not be able to log in or play, and they will not be able to withdraw or transfer funds. We recognize that this will be an inconvenience and we regret that this may affect innocent players.

Where an investigation requires that tournament pay-outs be held pending distribution to winners, Microgaming Network will endeavour to communicate this to all players involved shortly after the tournament concludes.

Microgaming Network has the policy of not sharing the results of its investigations. However, where appropriate, both the results and actions being taken will be made available to players through Microgaming Network Operators' websites. If prizes need to be redistributed, this information will be provided directly to players.

Microgaming Network recognizes that it is critically important to provide safe gaming for all our players, and to ensure that our card room is fair. We go to great lengths to eliminate all unfair advantages and are removing the potential advantage provided by using multiple accounts to register for a tournament

We also want to be clear that cheating of any kind will absolutely not be tolerated.

Tournament collusion refund policy

This Tournament Collusion Refund Policy is an attachment to the RedKings.com Terms of Service and Microgaming Network's Multi Account Policy. As such it cannot be reviewed as a stand-alone policy nor does it overrule these documents in case of confliction. Please read through the above two documents before proceeding. This Tournament Collusion Refund Policy covers RedKings.com accounts and RedKings.com accounts only. Accounts affiliated with other operators within the network will not benefit from it.

This Tournament Collusion Refund Policy details reimbursement rules in cases of confirmed tournament collusion. The punitive measures enforced upon caught colluders - although mentioned - are regulated by the MAP.

This Tournament Collusion Refund Policy has been engineered to provide just treatment in the case of cheating being determined in tournaments. All decisions will be made by RedKings.com and cannot be overruled. Detailed information regarding investigations – and the investigations made by the Microgaming Network Security Team - will be released at the investigators' discretion.

The Tournament Collusion Refund Policy deals with three separate types of tournament collusion; checkdowns, chip dumping and co-op play (multi-accounting).

Checkdown

Checking down can occur when two or more players call an all-in player. On RedKings.com it is against the rules and ethics of the game of poker to expressively agree upon this conduct.

Equally it is against the rules to suggest such an action. However, merely suggesting it does not equate collusion. Players found guilty of verbally agreeing to not play each other in a hand with the explicit intent of maximizing the chance of eliminating a third player will receive a warning. Repeat offenders risk having their prize money confiscated.

Chip Dumping

Tournament chip dumping is defined as a situation where one player purposely loses chips to another player with the sole intent of increasing their combined chances of winning prize money. Chip Dumping will incur a permanent ban of all involved accounts and the forfeit of the total value of prize money.

Co-op Play (multi-accounting)

Co-op play is defined as situations where one or more players enter a total of two or more accounts into a tournament (scheduled or Sit & Go) and are sharing, or attempting to share, information about hands or players between them. Sharing information includes playing the accounts from the same computer, using online messaging services or any other form of off- or online communication.

All Co-op play accounts will be permanently banned and risk, based on the MAP, having their prize money and their entire bankroll confiscated. In all cases of multi-account collusion a full investigation of related accounts will also be initiated. The individuals behind all caught accounts are not welcome to play on RedKings.com under any circumstances.

Live event packages

  1. Player is solely responsible for ensuring that the information registered with the account is correct. Verification may be required.
  2. Player must be 18 years of age at the start of the tournament(s) included in the package unless otherwise stated.
  3. Winning a package does not exclude players from also winning other packages available.
  4. Package is personal and may not be transferred.
  5. Packages are not refundable for cash.
  6. Player approves that RedKings.com may use his or her personal details for registration, administration and marketing purposes.
  7. Player is solely responsible for following instructions provided by RedKings.com regarding tournament registration, sign-up, gear pick-up.
  8. Player is solely responsible for making sure he or she abides by dress codes, ethical rules or other requirements set by the event organizer.
  9. Player is solely responsible for showing up in time for the event.
  10. Player is solely responsible for making sure winnings are taxed according to local jurisdiction and law.
  11. RedKings.com retains the right to change information about this event at any time.
  12. RedKings.com retains the right to cancel the event and replace the package with a package of equal value to another event of RedKings.com's choice.
  13. If a player wins more than one package to the same event the player can keep the affiliated spending/travelling cash but forfeits the right to buy-in. This part of the package will be offered in a special event organized by RedKings.com.
  14. If a player does not meet the age requirement they will be allowed to play in qualifiers on the conditions that should they win the prize package: The player can keep the affiliated spending/travelling cash but forfeits the right to buy-in. This part of the package will be offered in a special event organized by RedKings.com.
  15. Player will be required to wear branded gear (clothes etc) made available to player at location or in advance.
  16. Player may not, while playing any event included in package, represent any other company or organization or sign sponsorship with any other gaming operation without explicit written approval from RedKings.com.
  17. Failure to comply with any of these terms may - at the sole discretion of RedKings.com - lead to player forfeiting his right to all or some elements within the package such as buy-in.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND. TITLE. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. All rights, including ownership rights and all intellectual property rights, in and to the Software and related documentation and trademarks shall remain in Licensor and/or its licensors and suppliers.

TERMINATION. This Agreement, including all of Your right to use the Software, will terminate automatically and immediately if You fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, You must immediately stop using the Software and You must delete all copies of the Software. If the Software is provided to You under a limited "trial period" or similar, your right to use the Software will automatically terminate upon expiry of the applicable trial period and You must then immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies of the Software. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Licensor may have included in the Software functionality that will enable Licensor to disable your use of the Software in case of Your breach of this Agreement and/or that will automatically disable your use of the Software upon expiry of any trial period.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS. This Agreement represents the complete agreement between You and Licensor concerning the subject matter hereof. Licensor reserves the right amend this Agreement at any time at Licensor's sole discretion, by posting a new version of the Agreement on the website www.redkings.com, in which case You will be required to agree to such new terms and conditions in order to continue Your use of the Software. You acknowledge and agree that Licensor may disable your use of the Software in case you do not agree to such revised terms and conditions.

THE Site reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify these Terms of Service and our other policies, guidelines, and rules at any time and in any manner.

THE management also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, cancel any promotion at any time without notice and change the Rake and/or Rake calculation plus Player Points system and methodology at any time without prior notice.

THE management is entitled to charge you a monthly administrative fee of €5 per month if your Account becomes inactive and for as long as it remains inactive. An account will be considered as "Inactive" if the account holder has not logged into RedKings at least once during a period of 90 consecutive days. The monthly administrative fee is subject to change.

INVALIDITY. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden without reference to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the Swedish courts and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

    11. In the event of closure of Your Account because of gambling addiction or if your account has been closed due to fraud you acknowledge that you are prohibited from opening a new Account. The Company will not be liable if you manage to open a new account, for such action nor for any direct or indirect consequential damages.   5. VERIFICATION OF YOUR IDENTITY; MONEY LAUNDERING REQUIREMENTS

    2. The company complies with European laws, regulations and guidelines for the prevention of money laundering and the funding of terrorism.     4. By agreeing to the Terms you authorise us to undertake verification checks as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including, regulatory bodies) to confirm your identity and contact details and to prevent money laundering (the "Checks").
    5. The identity of the player will be verified on cumulative withdrawals of €2,330
    6. In certain circumstances we may have to contact you and ask you to provide further information to us directly in order to complete the Checks. If you do not or cannot provide us with such information then we may suspend Your Account until you have provided us with such information or permanently close Your Account. Additionally, you will have to provide identification whenever you make a withdrawal of funds amounting to Two Thousand Three Hundred Euros (EUR 2,300) or more.
    7. If we are unable to confirm that you are the Legal Age then we may suspend Your Account. If you are proven to have been under that age at the time you made any gambling or gaming transactions, then:

      1. Your Account will be closed;
      2. All transactions made while you were underage will be void, and all related funds deposited by you will be returned;
      3. any stakes for bets made while you were underage will be returned to you; and
      4. any winnings which you have accrued during such time will be forfeited by you and you will return to us any such funds which have been withdrawn from your Account.

  6. INACTIVITY AND DELETION OF PLAYER ACCOUNTS

    1. THE management is entitled to charge you a monthly administrative fee of €5, €5, £5, 50Kr per month if your Account becomes inactive and for as long as it remains inactive.An account will be considered as "Inactive" if the account holder has not placed any bets at Bet.RedKings.com for any amount at least once during a period of 90 consecutive days. The monthly administrative fee is subject to change.
    2. If the player account remains inactive for more than 12 months and the account balance is €0, no further charge will be incurred. The inactivity fee will be incurred on a monthly basis until the next login is performed at the website, in this case, the operator is entitled to block the player account.
    3. Should a player account remain inactive for thirty months, meaning that no transaction has been recorded on that specific account for the above mentioned time, we will remit the remaining balance in that account to the respective player. If the player cannot be contacted satisfactorily, the remaining balance shall be remitted to the relevant gambling authority.
  7. USERNAME, PASSWORD, AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

    1. After opening Your Account, you must not disclose (whether deliberately or accidentally) your username and password to anyone else. If you have lost or forgotten Your Account details you may retrieve your password by clicking on the “Forget your Password” link below the login portal.
  8. DEPOSITS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

    1. If you wish to participate in betting or gaming using the Website, you must deposit money into Your Account which you can then use to place bets or play games. We reserve the right to undertake basic KYC checks within reasonable time on player deposits for the purpose of verifying compliance with Sections 5 and 11 of the Terms.

    3. We do not accept cash funds sent to us.
    4. By depositing money you agree not to make any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits into Your Account, and agree to refund and compensate us for unpaid deposits.
    5. The company can, under certain circumstances, credit a player’s account with so called “bonus money”. The conditions for the crediting of the bonus (e.g. First Deposit Bonus) and the amount of the bonus is determined by the company and set out on the website from time to time. Please visit the Promotions section on the website in order to view our latest promotions.
    6. The bonus is stated separately on the account. It can only be paid out once it has been transformed into real cash winnings. If an account contains both the player’s own money and bonus money, the bonus money will only be available for wagering once the existing money has been used. Before fulfilling the bonus turnover conditions if you transfer or withdraw the main deposit amount, bonus amount and all winnings from this bonus will be forfeited.
    7. Your Account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any banking insurance system. Additionally any money deposited with us in your Account will not earn any interest.
    8. We may at any time set off any positive balance on Your Account against any amount you owe to us when we re-settle any bets or wagers pursuant to Duplicate Accounts, Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity or Errors.

  9. WITHDRAWALS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

    1. You may request withdrawal of funds from Your Account at any time provided that:

      1. all payments made into Your Account have been confirmed as cleared and none have been charged-back, reversed or otherwise cancelled;
      2. any Checks referred to in paragraph 5 above have been completed.

    2. Once we have approved your withdrawal you must give us sufficient information as to how the funds should be transferred to you. We will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the payment method and currency of your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. All withdrawals will be remitted only to the same account from where the funds paid into the player’s account originated.
      We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs (including the cost of the deposits) for withdrawals of funds that have not been put into play.

  13. CLOSURE AND TERMINATION BY US

If the attempt to verify the details supplied during registration is not successful no winnings will be paid.
    5. If the details you supplied at registration change, you must update us and send us proof of the new details.
    6. There are three types of "Accounts":
      • Practice Account: A Practice account does not use real money, and funds used to play hold no monetary value whatsoever. Your name, email and password are the only requirements to register for a Practice account.

Should you become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Account, you are obliged to immediately notify us and we will suspend your Account pending further investigation of such unauthorised use. If you are using a shared computer we advise that the checkbox to remember password is kept unchecked at all times.
    11. In the event you have a Bonus Account and you have failed to make a deposit in 30 days from the time the Account was initially created, any Real Money/Bonus funds you had within the Account will be null and void, removed from the Account without any option to retrieve it.
    12. Your account is not a banking facility. Deposits should only be made with a view to using funds to place bets. Should You make repeated deposits and withdrawals without placing a commensurate amount of bets, or placing all low or very low risk bets, we reserve the right to pass on to your accounts, without prior notice, any bank charges (15% of the amount) we have incurred before closing the account.

If We determine, in Our sole discretion, that You are in breach of this clause, We may terminate Your access to our Services immediately and/or have Your account blocked. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances, We are under no obligation to refund You any funds that may be in Your Account.
    19. You hereby confirm that You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties' participation in any of the Games.

You agree that if, in Our opinion, if any suspicious, improper, fraudulent, or unlawful activities are attempted and/or performed through the use of Our Services, We will be entitled to terminate and/or block your account and seize all funds available through that account. We also reserve the right to disclose any and all details of your account to the relevant authorities.
    21. In the event that you become aware that another user of Our services is cheating, manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes and results, colluding with any other person in order to defraud Us, using Artificial Intelligence Software, or doing anything which can be construed as detrimental to us, financial or otherwise, You are responsible for sharing such information with us. We will treat any such information You pass to Us in the strictest of confidence. In the event that we discover, or suspect, that you had such knowledge and did not pass it on to Us, we reserve the right to terminate Our services to You and confiscate any funds which are in Your account.

  7. Transactions: Deposits
    1. All financial transactions will show up in your payment method statement.
    2. After depositing, you will receive email confirmation of the transaction. We recommend that you print out and keeps details of all transaction data in order to avoid misconceptions and discussions at a later time.
    3. All deposits will be effective immediately as soon as we get a successful confirmation from the selected payment processor (except for Wire Transfer Deposits).     11. No charge-backs can be made or initiated by you. In addition, payments including deposits made to your Account using any payment method/source cannot be renounced, cancelled, disputed for no valid reason or otherwise reversed. If this happens we reserve the right to take any of the following actions or request you to take immediate action, whichever the case may be, as a necessary measure to safeguard us against possible fraudulent activity or any other form of abuse:-
      1. You shall immediately and without undue delay refund the total amount due to us and compensate Us for any and all unpaid amounts due to us including any expenses or charges We might incur in the process of recovering the amount due;
      2. Should you initiate a chargeback, We reserve the right to close your Account, initiate legal proceedings to recover the funds you are trying to chargeback as well as any charges or expenses which we might incur as a result and report the matter to the Police if we suspect foul play;
      3. We reserve the right to recuperate the total amount due to us from your Real Money Account balance.
      Provided that in any case and for any of the above reasons, We reserve the right to cancel your Account at any time without any prior notification.
    12. We may, at any time, set off any positive balance on your Account, or connected Account, against any amounts owed by you to Us.
    13. In the case that there is a processing charge for your deposit you will be clearly informed about it during the deposit process.
    14. The following methods are available for depositing to your account.   8. Transactions: Withdrawals
    1. Withdrawals will only be processed if a player has a Real Money Account (i.e. made at least one successful deposit), has sufficient real money balance for the withdrawal, and has fulfilled any applicable bonus requirements as detailed in Our Bonus Policy. Withdrawals will be remitted only to the same method used for deposits, unless the depositing method does not allow withdrawals.

We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of a Withdrawal until final approval has been received for any outstanding Deposit transaction or in the event that your original deposited funds are not received within 24 hours. If the original funds are not received within 24 hours all winnings will be cancelled.

  9. Bonuses

  10. Malfunctions
    1.     3. In the event of a system malfunction all wagers shall be void.
    4. In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, We shall refund the amount wagered in the game to You by crediting it to the Your Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to You in an approved manner.

We shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that Our system enables Your participation in a game is, after You have made a wager, interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or a failure of Your computer system that prevents You from continuing the game, to resume, on the restoration of the system, your participation in the game that was interrupted as at the time immediately before the interruption. If Our system does not enable You to continue, after the restoration of the system, with a game interrupted by a failure of the telecommunications system or Your computer system, We shall:

  11. Services Suspension
    1. We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Services for any reason at our sole discretion.   12. Change

  13. Currencies

  17. Monitoring of the Site
    1.   18. Inactive Accounts
    1. If an Account Holder does not log in to his Account for a period of 180 days, his Account will be considered an ‘Inactive Account’, We will remove 5 EUR from the Account as an administration fee each month whilst the Account remains Inactive. The monthly administrative fee is subject to change. If the Account has less than 5 EUR the entire amount will be removed and the balance will be zero. Once the balance reaches zero no more Inactivity Fees will apply.
    2. VIP points must be converted within 180 days of them being granted, otherwise they will be removed.
    3. Players may recover funds from their inactive accounts by logging in and making a withdrawal request. In case of blocked and excluded accounts, players will need to contact Customer Support to recover funds.
  19. Refunds

  26. Account Termination and Suspension

    2. We may, at our sole discretion and for any reason, terminate your Account. If we wish to do so, you will be duly notified and our actions will be explained to you before terminating the Account. Contractual obligations already made shall be honoured.

  27. Notices
    1. Any notice We give to you will be sent to the email address that you provided when you registered your Account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your email address updated and active.
    2. Unless otherwise specified herein, such notices or other communications shall be deemed received (a) on the date delivered, if sent by email, and (b) five business days after being sent, if sent by registered or certified mail.

  28. Governing Law
    1. Any dispute arising in respect of, or in connection with, this Agreement, its interpretation, execution, performance, or the Parties and their relationship, shall be governed and determined exclusively in accordance with the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta shall have sole jurisdiction.
  29. Limitation of Liability
    1. We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses which may arise out of or in connection to any downtime, server or other technical disruptions which might arise in operation or transmission, the Site or its content or any misuse of the same or of the services offered via the Site, any errors or omissions in content, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, unless such loss or damage arises whilst you are benefiting from Our services and such loss or damage arose due to a failure in our systems. In this event Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of the wagers you placed via your Account in respect of the wager that gave rise to the relevant liability or the actual amount misplaced in your Account where such amount has been misplaced by Us due to a system failure, whichever the case may be.
    2. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from save as expressly provided in this clause 30, or in any way connected with, Your Account, or any third parties, whether direct or indirect, incidental, special or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, any damages, loss of business profits [including loss of, or failure to receive, anticipated winnings], business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation or any other loss) arising out of, or in connection with, use of the Site or of the services offered via the Site.
    3. Subject to clauses 30.1 and 30.4, such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from, but not limited to, use or misuse of, and reliance on, the services, inability to use the services, any non-compatibility between the Software and User software or hardware, or any damages caused by or as result of the software, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the service (including such damages incurred by third parties), or termination of user Account, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    4. Our liability shall not be limited or excluded for:
      1. Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
      2. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by Us; or
      3. Any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law.
  30. Indemnifications
    1. Subject to clause 30, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Us from and against any third party claim arising from, or in any way related to, your use of the services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, actual damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and reasonable legal fees, of any kind and nature. In such a case, We will provide you with a notice of such claim, suit or action.
  31. Entire Agreement, Modifications and Amendments
    1. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral, between Us and You.
    2. Any modifications to the Agreement shall be notified to You and You shall accept the modifications before continuing using Our services. If any future modification is unacceptable to you, you have the right to terminate this Agreement. Any use of the Site by you after such publication on the site shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments, modifications or new conditions.
  32. Severability
    1. If any provision of this Agreement is found or declared to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or other competent authority having jurisdiction, such finding or declaration shall not invalidate any other provision hereof, and this Agreement shall thereafter continue in full force and effect.
  33. Segregated Funds
    1. All players' funds will be kept in a separate bank account from Our ongoing business funds and the players' funds will be protected from third parties' claims even in the event of insolvency. The credit institution is aware of the requirement to separate the players' funds from that of our ongoing business funds and will not to attempt to enforce or execute any charge, write-off, set-off or other claim against the players' funds account, or combine the players' funds with any other bank account in respect of any debt of Ours.
  34. Jackpots
    1. All jackpot amounts displayed on the casino Site or within the casino Lobby are for information purposes only. The amount of any jackpot is displayed within the relevant game window once the game has been launched.
    2. When a jackpot is won it is immediately reset on the server. This happens in real time however the display can sometimes only reset after a short display. Regardless of the Jackpot amount displayed in the game, the server-side Jackpot amount at the time of the win is the award which will be honored.
  35. Taxes on Winnings
    1. If your jurisdiction requires, You are responsible for reporting your winnings and losses to the tax and/or other authorities in your jurisdiction.
